Hi, I’m Seth Fuller.

In 2024, I joined an early-stage software business at approximately $600,000 in annual recurring revenue and 15 employees. Over three years, it grew to $15 million in ARR and 100 employees. I built the financial and operational infrastructure behind that growth, taking responsibility for accounting, forecasting, investor reporting, HR systems, payroll coordination, and multistate compliance.

My passion is business engineering: putting the right people in the right roles and building systems that help them do their best work.

I use AI to connect software, keep information in sync, and reduce repetitive work. That gives people more time to connect, build relationships, and grow the business together.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me playing golf or volleyball, training for an Ironman, or chasing after my two kids and traveling the world with my wife.

What I’ve built.

From basic bookkeeping to a full finance function.

Built a four-person finance and accounting team, moved the business from cash-basis bookkeeping to GAAP reporting and audited financial statements, and implemented Campfire in place of QuickBooks. Established a month-end close that now takes three days.

Built AI-assisted collections and sales commission workflows. Supported a $12 million Series A and a $1 million venture-debt line, alongside regular investor updates and custom financial reports for investors and other stakeholders.

HR and operations that could keep up with growth.

Managed HR system migrations, payroll and tax coordination, HR compliance, and employee state tax registrations and withholding requirements. Built repeatable processes for recruiting and onboarding as the team expanded.

Planning tied to business decisions.

Partnered with technology, product, and engineering leaders to build budgets and support growth plans. Managed five-year forecasts and regular budget-versus-actual and cash forecasting reviews.

Faster investment workflows.

Implemented a custom CRM and automated processes that reduced the deal cycle from three months to six weeks. Managed more than 100 investment relationships, analyzing startup operations and financial performance.
